Our Story
With a strong track record spanning over 15 years, Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home, Inc. (TPCH) was established in July 2007 by the compassionate couple, Reylindo and Myrna Ortega. Driven by their deep concern for our society’s abandoned, neglected, foundling, and surrendered children, the couple and their dedicated friends embarked on a remarkable journey despite financial constraints.
In the face of economic challenges, they initiated their mission by ensuring the children’s nourishment and arranging temporary housing through rented apartments. Their unwavering commitment and resourcefulness empowered them to create a significant and positive difference in the lives of these vulnerable children.
In 2014, a devoted supporter generously donated the land where Tahanan stands today, offering a permanent location at 45 Dr. Pilapil Street, Brgy. Sagad, Pasig City. This act of kindness has allowed Tahanan to establish roots and create a lasting impact on the lives of children in need.
The organization is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is registered, licensed, and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
At Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home, our comprehensive program aims to provide children with a nurturing and supportive environment, encompassing various aspects of their well-being. We strive to ensure each child’s holistic development and growth under our care through our Homelife, Health & Medical Services, Psycho-Social Care Services, Education, Alternative Family Care (Adoption), Reunification, and Spiritual Enhancement initiatives.
